Well, Charleston apartment-ites can easily find out by attending a live show at Music Farm, a venue in Downtown Charleston. It's a high energy club offering many types of music from local, regional and national groups that will entertain many different ages, but typically caters to the 20's aged crowd.

the favorites who have played, or have yet to play at Music Farm are Big Head Todd, Pat Green, Dinosaur, Jr., Leslie, Slightly Stoopid, Badfish and G. Love & Special Sauce. While you and friends from your Charleston apartment complex are there, you can enjoy mixed drinks, beer and wine served by friendly bartenders.
Doors open at the Music Farm between 8 pm and 9 pm, and will only close after the band has made its last encore. Ticket prices range from about $10 to $50, but typically stay in the range of $10 to $25. Buying in advance helps your ticket price by a couple of dollars too, but bring your cash when purchasing tickets, as no credit cards or checks are accepted. The ticket office is only open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 1 pm to 4 pm. The Farm does have a right, however, to ask for a $3 surcharge for all who are under 21, or are unable to prove that they are 21 or over. It's a group friendly environment, so bring the whole apartment group. There is no smoking inside, however.
When you drive from your Charleston apartment, you may park in a nearby garage, or if you get there early enough for the show, you can get lucky and find a place on the street.
